Questions about an existing booking

We do not sell tickets and cannot see, change, cancel or refund any booking. For anything about a booking you have made, including changes, cancellations, refunds, missing vouchers or entry problems, use the customer support contact shown in your booking confirmation email. That is the company you paid and the only one able to help.
