Editorial Policy
Our content is written and maintained by the Park Guell Tickets Editorial Team. This page explains which sources we use, how we keep facts apart from recommendations and how we fix mistakes.
Sources we rely on
- Official sources first. Access rules, official tariffs and opening arrangements come from the official Park Güell website, for example its access regulations (opens in a new tab).
- Product listings for product details. What a specific ticket or tour includes comes from the listing of that product on the booking platform.
- Recognised references for heritage facts, such as the UNESCO World Heritage Centre (opens in a new tab).
Other travel websites are never treated as proof of a current park rule.
Three kinds of information
- Official rules that apply to every visitor, such as the entry window after your slot time or the no re-entry rule.
- Product conditions that apply only to one option, such as a tour length, a group size or a cancellation policy.
- Editorial recommendations, such as how long to allow for a visit. We label these as recommendations.
We do not apply the conditions of one product to all products, and we do not present recommendations as rules.
Prices
We show a “From” price only for a specific option we have checked in EUR. If we cannot confirm a current price, we show “Check prices” instead. We never convert prices from other currencies or reuse cached search results. Official tariffs appear only in a clearly labelled reference table. Prices on this static website do not update by themselves; the booking page always shows the current total.
What we do not publish
- Invented personal experiences, reviews, ratings or customer numbers.
- Claims of best sellers, lowest prices or guaranteed availability.
- Fake countdowns, scarcity messages or discounts.
Keeping content current
We review practical pages when official rules or product information change, and we re-check prices before they are published. When we cannot confirm a detail, we say so and point to the source that can.
Corrections
If you spot an error, email book@park-guell-tickets.es with the page and the issue. We check the report against the relevant source and update the page if needed.
Independence
Affiliate commissions fund this website. They do not decide what we write about a product. See our affiliate disclosure.
