This website is a static information site. It has no user accounts, no forms, no checkout and no analytics. This policy explains the limited data that is processed when you use it.

What we do not collect

Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered by a hosting and content delivery provider. To deliver pages and protect the service, the provider’s systems technically process connection data such as your IP address, the requested page, the time of the request and your browser’s user agent. This processing is carried out by the hosting provider under its own terms and policies. We do not use this data to identify visitors.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use them only to reply and to handle your request, such as a correction. We do not use them for marketing.

Booking widget

The home page and the ticket pages (entry tickets, guided tours, combo tickets, Barcelona Pass and ticket prices) show a ticket widget provided by Tiqets, which loads together with the page. The widget is delivered from Tiqets servers, which receive technical data from your browser, such as your IP address and user agent, and may use cookies or similar technologies under Tiqets’ own privacy policy. Links to the booking platform

Booking links open Tiqets in a new tab. The links include public partner and campaign parameters that let Tiqets attribute a booking to this website, which is how we may earn a commission. Everything you enter there, including personal and payment details, is processed by Tiqets under its own privacy policy and terms, not by us. We receive no personal data about you from your booking.

Your rights

Under data protection law you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, which in practice means emails you have sent us. Write to book@park-guell-tickets.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, such as the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

We update this policy when the technologies used on this website change.
